Really nice and fun little game. I like the mix of city builder and dungeon crawler alot!

thank you very much!

Fun game, and amazing work for a game made in a day!  I played to the finish, and it was very satisfying to see things bustle in my town.  Loved the coin sound, too.  You balanced the factors really nicely so that I had to actively manage things throughout.  Nice!

Wow thanks a lot!

I reworked alot today - if you don't mind a second play though :)

Ok, I played this most recent version and you added a lot of good features -- nice!  The speed-up clock was nice and worked well, though it did disincentivize me a bit from really building out the town, because it was easier to hit smaller advantages and then speed up time. The different sizes/levels of structures were nice as well, including aesthetically.  The destroy feature was nice when I placed something by mistake or accidentally ran my gold to 0 (without growth).  I also used it to destroy guilds after I reached my gold cup target. Controls are nicely intuitive.

A few bugs popped up: When I got to level 4 (purple shield), I couldn't place any houses or farms at the start, so it was the end of the game for me. I tried exiting to main and starting again, but it still didn't work.  In level 3, I also couldn't place a well (but could place a marketplace), maybe that was by design?  On the strategy side, it seemed to me like both the price and ratios on a level 2 farm always beat a mill, so I never used mills throughout. The kraken never attacked, but maybe I got lucky?

Nice job, it's fun to play and is increasingly nuanced!

thanks a lot for playing again. I put alot of effort into it this week - next week I progress further - the issui with the "can't build" I know  I ran into it but never found out why this happens - the balancing of buildings is a thing I further improve!  The Kraken has random spawn and despawn points so it could be that it never walks over the island yes.
